There was nothing that I didnt like
GBVery quiet and relaxing, my wife and I needed peace after a great weekend at radio 2 party in the park , staff were really friendly and helpful, even offering to drive us to the event. Jet bath was a bonus outside our pod Breakfast was also very good .you pay extra for this but we'll worth it The owners came and sat with us Sunday morning, and it was a great conversation talking about everything. It was a great place to stay A proper family business

IEExactly as advertised, staff (family ran) were excellent. Pods were very clean and little touches like the fresh milk were a welcome bonus. Hosts had the time to sit and talk gave us tips of where to go and the local roads etc. Very quiet, the on site restaurant open 9-3 six days of the week was very good.
No issues at all, loved it. The restaurant would be closed on Wednesdays but that didn't bother us.
GBPeaceful and quaint fishing retreat. Pods are spacious and comfy enough for what you need. The onsite cafe offers a great breakfast as well as other options for lunch or a snack. Each pod has a BBQ for your own use if you wish. I didn’t do any fishing myself but the abundance of choice where to fish on your doorstep is a bonus for those fishing enthusiasts. This was a wonderful little getaway just to switch off and relax. Nothing much else in the surrounding area but we didn’t mind that (the small local town is a 5min drive away). Oh and a special shout out to the owners who were very friendly and welcoming.
No negatives really but the cobwebs inside and outside of the pod could have been wiped away before arrival.
GBEverything was amazing. Beautiful pod, hot tub was amazing, fishing is great and very looked after fish, I would recommend 100%, will definitely come again. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Nothing to dislike
GBIt was in a quiet location, just what I needed. I could relax. Being alone I felt very safe had no reservations about being alone. The host heard me say to a colleague I should have bought a book and shortly after settling in I went on to decking to find two books had been left for me. To arrive with towels and toiletries on the bed, toweling robes hanging up and slippers and blankets were a lovely touch as was finding milk and water in the fridge. They had thought of everything, they go the extra mile.
GBThe Pods are amazing & have everything u need. Power shower too 👌🏻. The fishing is beyond Belief !! Would highly recommend this place for a days fishing. a short stay etc.

GBBrilliant stay, all the little additions and details you can really see the amount of effort they have put into the place. The pod was clean and well looked after, we done some fishing, had a lovely breakfast in cafe. Well worth the money !
GBThe property was absolutely adorable. It was immaculate and had the cutest extra touches like, nightgowns and slippers and towels folded with little toiletries. We had milk in the fridge and coal for the bbq.
