GBNear the water and bed was comfy
The really small fridge and no freezer compartment. The microwave on the floor. No option to use a hob The cleanliness under the bed. There was rubbish. The patio could have done with being brushed. The curtains by the bed would benefit of having blackout blinds.

GBSuperb location, surprising wee gem hidden beside the A12. This is mainly a fishery designed for the facilities of fishermen. The pods are positioned beside one of the lakes. It has all the facilities required for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. There is good water pressure for the shower. To be able get up early to walk around the lakes and to see the wildlife. Rabbits, geese, ducks and muntjac. The lakes are full of fish. The food at the tearoom was lovely.
Tall men may have fun using the toilet.
