Cosy and warm, excellent garden area with hot tub

Idyllic. Very serene, peaceful, quite. All amenities are readily available. If you require privacy and me time. you can't go wrong. Pity I don't know how to fish, would have been a good experience learning.

Bathroom, in particular the toilet space was small.

Lovely, very nice pod with very comfy double bed. Sofa, table and chairs. Chairs on the veranda. Little kitchen with a sink, kettle, toaster, microwave, plates and cutlery. Coffee, tea and a bottle of fresh tasty milk in the mini-fridge. Wall mounted TV with remote and WiFi. En-suite shower, sink and toilet. Towels and toiletries were provided. Your choice of bread is provided with butter. The lakes are nice and peaceful, the noise of the A12 is ignorable. The five pods and the breakfast area are decorated by numerous bird sculptures. I was in Kingfisher. The staff were all very helpful. Only 45 minutes walk from Witham Railway Station.

Nothing really, the toilet area was small for my 6' 2" stature. So had to sit down to use it.

The pod is exellently equipped and very clean. Very comfortable bed, great shower. The place is so peaceful. The hosts - Jane and Jerry are super nice and genunelly make you feel at home. I'd love to go there again.

Convenient because of close proximity to A12. Lovely site with great view from Pod 5.

Constant background daytime noise from A12. No evening meals.
