Nothing it was amazing for a quick get away with the family

There was dirty. First time I'm in caravan place like this. I book for 2 nights but after first night I go back home. I'm very disappointed

The location and the clean sheets.

Pretty much everything other than the 2 above. The property was very dirty, mouldy and to be honest falling to bits in certain areas. The extractor fan in the bathroom fell on my 4 year old lads head whilst in the bath. Onions and potatoes had been left in the cupboard. When we arrived the code was incorrect due to “cleaners” the property didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. Dead flies and cobwebs everywhere. Food stains in cupboards and on the side. Checkout was 11am but we left at 8:30 as we just wanted to leave. Requested a refund.

If it had been cleaned properly the pod would have been brilliant

There was a full plate of mouldy food in the microwave and cleaning was poor. Pans were still full of food and oil from the guests before. There was a large dog poo left outside the side door. Bits of old food left on the BBQ. The windows on the inside hadn't been cleaned. The tea and coffee jars were sticky and full of dust along with the kettle. The pull out mattress was filthy. Luckily all the sheets were lovely and clean so we doubled up on them. There was no battery in the smoke alarm and the other detector just beeps every 10 mins. Both my kids couldn't ignore it. Then there was the floor it was beyond dirty I stood on something that cut my foot not only had it not been swept but it didn't look like it had been mopped all summer.

Cosy and generally comfortable mobile home. Quite spacious for a small family. Shower and toilet facilities were clean.

General cleaning in living areas could be improved. Bits of stale food from previous tenants and thick dust left all around, especially on edges of furniture and walls as well as shelves and other less used surfaces. Members of family with dust allergy were constantly sneezing as a result.
