Elletson Park Wood fired Hot tubs, Caravans & Pods

Lovely new pod but needs tlc such a shame so disappointed General cleanup needed

Cleanliness and amenities didn't live up to what it said on advert when booking ie old dysfunctional bbq ans outside seat wood rotten unable to sit half used toiletries half a loo roll no blind in bathroom floors unswept dining table wobbled had to tighten screw myself had to ring owner to get in and reset boiler no heating or hot water until 7.30pm after3oclock arrival

The pub / restaurant / shop was right next to it , just round corner was a wee paddock with lamas and very friendly goats .

I know it was very last minute but We didn't get accommodation that we had booked , caravan shouldn't have been on booking.com website as the boiler was broken we were told , we were given other accommodation so our trip wasn't spoiled ?, we settled in but when we went to have a shower it wasn't working we had to wait till 1040 am next morning. For owner to come out he lifted shower down of rail held it 3ft off ground and it worked ? Said it was on wrong setting ? I am 5.11 with back problems didn't expect to have to go on my knees to get washed But as soon as we went to use shower it went off again worse shower ever . , sofa beds were uncomfortable tried both of them , mattress had stains in it ,

Clean and tidy, we needed somewhere to brake up a long journey and it did the job, the parks small only 9 caravans but it was nice a quite, had great WiFi, more then good enough for 5 people all using tech, had every thing we needed, nice and clean with comfortable beds.

Not a well kept property.
