I'm an elder woman and I was happy to have the bathroom attached to the room.

Rude host who did not greet me properly or show me the kitchen, making me feel unwelcome. The shower was not cleaned, or hasn’t been cleaned for a while — there was hair on the shower floor, used soap, and other people’s body sponges. The shower door was so dirty that one couldn’t see through it, and the bathmat was soaked, wet, and filthy. The bedsheet was stained and looked used, and the doona cover felt like sandpaper. The chair cover was dirty with a dead bug on it. The floor seemed unvacuumed and unmopped. When I politely raised these issues, the host told me to leave if I wasn’t happy, even though it was late at night, cold, and very windy outside.

TV and ensuite

It smelled like mould. The view out the window was of a messy small backyard with chickens in a small cage. I couldn’t make a morning coffee.

The room was good size and the bathroom was OK. The hosts provided tissues and water and glasses. The location was very quiet. We had a key to the room.

Cleaning. There was dust under the bed and a baloon. The towels were very small. The pillows were very flat. i would probably give it a 3 star rating, mainly because it suited us and was reasonably prived.

The owners did not bother me. Jetstream in washroom n heater

No kettle. I needed support with lock. No response. Owner doesn't provide guidance.
