Nice and clean private Room with washroom ensuite.

Heating facilities for the room were not available (the ducted air conditioning was on for 1 hour or so. It was 2 degrees overnight and we were shivering in cold.

The booking.com advertisement does not explain the situation. Location had different rules and preferences. Bathroom had wet rugs.
