The location

The fact the the TV didn't work and even after saying they would the owner did not fix it

It was very clean.

I assumed I had booked a self-contained bedroom & en-suite. It was not - it was a poky little bedroom, with no air-conditioning, only one plug socket, a window opening onto a busy street, and a bathroom across the hallway. There were other people also staying in this apartment. The girl who met us didn't speak a word of English and I don't speak Spanish. The neighbourhood was not very salubrious. Carparking cost €22 a day and we were about 10 minutes from nearest public transport.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it came with coffee and juice.

It was clean and comfy

We payed to have the bedroom with private bathroom but did not have it

host had everything ready... toured me around explaining what areas I had access too and showing me my breakfast items. everything was very thought out... well done

parking explained a little better in the communication. host should know where to park for free or cheap in the area.

Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed. It was great to have the use of the comfortable lounge room and the kitchen

No issues

Clean, comfortable, with a good position in a quiet location.

This guesthouse shouldn’t be classified as an accomodation with parking. Parking is possible on the street but in a zone, where the maximum time for a stay is 300 minutes. Please remove the parking option from the announcement
