Really friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful fish pond out the back. Free bikes and a lovely and easy ride into old quarter from the property.

Toilet in private bathroom was a little smelly but the room itself was as spacious and comfortable.

Room was spacious and clean. A/C worked great! Wifi worked well. Breakfast included with coffee. Free bikes to use! Location a bit out of the old town, but easy to bike to. Garden that you can sit out in and is quiet. Very satisfied with stay. Great spot to catch up on a little work if you need to.

second stay here by chance only but supoer pleased we did. Seven year on and the place is exaclty the same. They have a lovely peaceful garden for breakfast and resting in the heat. Free push bikes and also mopeds for hire. Very clean, everything worle and the owners are sincere, warm and friendly. Lovely lovely family. Thankyou.

Nothing, all good. Som emight consider this place quite alonger way out of Hoi An BUT at 2.4km it doesnt take long on a bike + Hoi An is busy Busy Busy and noisy. THis guesthouse is very peaceful and in a safe and quiet neighbourhood.

Nice breakfast in the morning with coffee. Friendly staff and the bedroom is very clean with air con.

I could do with an electric kettle to make coffee or tea . I did ask for a flask of hot water and he did bring me one.

The hosts were very friendly. When we arrived the host sat down with us and gave us a map of Hoi An and gave us good information on what we can do and answered all of our questions. We were undecisive about how many nights we want to stay and they held the room for us, until we made a decision. Also they organized a motor bike for us and a bus to Hue for a good price. Furthermore they offered free bicycles which really made up for the location being a bit far from the center. With the bike, it's really just 10 minutes to get to the center. The room was very nice and clean with a comfortable bed and a balcony. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Would absolutely stay here again when coming to Hoi An!

The only downside really was the breakfast :( Otherwise would have given 10 stars!

Good facilities, nice garden and helpful hosts

Very nice home on relaxing Cam Nam island. Walk or bike to town, or take Grab. Much quieter than staying in the town proper. Amazing non touristy local restaurants serve fresh fish and mariscos. Breakfast excellent. Big plus: neighborhood is walkable without the scooter chaos . Would definitely stay again.

Such a great location, peaceful and quiet day and night, the room had a nice balcony with a view in gardens and traditional vietnamese houses. I loved the place. Highly recommended for those who want to avoid the noisy and crowded streets of Hoi An. Also, they offer bicycles for free, so a ride to the old center is just 5'.

The staff, the room, the location... Amazing! Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The included breakfast was also lovely each morning in the garden next to a fish pond. Free bicycles to get into town were also very helpful.

No bad things, honestly.

The host was super lovely and helpful! The kindest man! The accomodation provides bikes for free (which are very useful to get to Hoi An's city center), and it rents motorcycles for a very good price. Most of the way to the city center is very straight forward and away from the crowds. Easy for begginners! The rooms are spacious and nice! Highly recommend.
