"Filthy"

The place was filthy! It was absolutely disgusting. There is no way this is suitable to accommodate guests. The room was next to a very noisy furnace. This basement was stinky. The bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Even for the price it is not worth it, we had booked two nights but only stayed there one.

good value for money, plenty free parking spaces on the street in front of house, big comfortable bed, they have a free laundry

"Excellet value. I was happy for the price. My expectations were low, so I was just happy."

Bed was comfortable and clean.

The bathroom needs serious work. That said, the sink and toilet are fine. The shower situation is really bad and it leaks on the floor causing a constant puddle.

"Amazing value!!"

The value of the rental was excellent. The host was very friendly. All amenities were working. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Based on the value of the booking (price) there is nothing negative i can say.
