Basement was scrappy and stinky. Everything falling apart according to notes everywhere. Bedsheets were unchanged from last guests or old and used, no top sheet. — family laundry hanging and wet mop-mildew permeated the air. Unfit as an AirBNB. Bed mattresses old and uncomfortable, Seriously my son slept in his car. Ugh at any price, even free 🤮

Seriously, everything. Not ready to house guests.

Clean, nice host, it was very basic but affordable, quiet

Bed was hard and lumpy, shower did not work, basement entrance was a little scary

The bed frame isn't in good condition, it has an annoying noise just sitting or when you change your position during sleeping time. The price is cheap so I didn't expect a luxury bed but at least I that I could sleep well. To make clear just the cheapest one, don't know about the rest of them.
