Friendly and communicative host. Cool location. Spacious. Private suite with separate entrance.

While I can’t speak to the other rooms in the house (photos look very nice) the basement entry and suite could have been cleaner and better organized.

I travel a lot and rarely has a host ever met me upon arrival, so I was happy when Pradeep welcomed me and gave me a tour of the property and was able to answer my questions about the area. It is indeed a stunning property and the photos do not do it justice. I was shown several new pieces of furniture in the kitchen and in my room that were not in the pics so these came as a welcome surprise. I will for sure be back and book here in future.

After long trip, a half hour tutorial on the exhaustive house rules was unwelcome, including a 3 minute interactive instruction on how to gently open and close the door. No coffee or tea. Low ceiling. Poor condition. Thin walls. This “suite” is a student hostel with a private bathroom and more rules.

Pradeep was really kind and friendship.

Pradeep is not only a lovely host, but also an excellent tour guide who’s more than happy to offer recommendations for what to do in Toronto and further afield. He helped plan for my trip to the Niagara Falls and I thoroughly enjoyed myself there (some photos below). He made my short stay pleasant and hustle free for a first timer in Canada!

The property was just like the photos, except even more stunning as there was light streaming through the stained glass windows in the kitchen and the main hallway, and along with the chandeliers these lights created a beautiful display of rainbows throughout the kitchen. As well, when I was there the snowball tree was in full bloom along the front steps and I could not stop inhaling its fragrance. I was very lucky to find this property as it really stands out from anything else I've stayed at. The owner is really friendly and accommodating. My room was quiet and beautiful too. I will definitely be back!

The atmosphere is so nice. Owner’s are so friendly and the area is so good. It's like a place for meditation and to refill your energy. It was a stunning time.

Free parking was very helpful without any trouble with neighbours .
