The location is good

The entry and locking system - there is no chain or latch that you can use when inside so it doesn't feel safe.

Modern, well equipped and very clean

As several times before, this place is clean, modern, convenient and totally functional and I like the soft mattress.

As before (more than a month ago) and now again: please istall a light bulb in the lamp in studio 0.4. That can't be so difficult, can it?

Better if I say what I didn't like....

Terrible environment. The flat was freezing!! There is a sort of heating from a grid in the ceiling but its not enough to warm up the room. Moreover it was off when i came in and no instructions on how to switch it on. I called the office they said they would have increased the temperature remotely but it was not true....the room staid extremly cold the whole night until morning!! The bed had a thin duvet and no extra blankets in the wardrobe. I was very unhappy with how they handled. I read similar comments by previous guests but i thought they exaggerated, but actually, i fully support these negative reviews! Also regarding the bed linens, not appropriated for a bed in fact they constantly flip out from the frame. But the schoking thing is the freezing temperature in the flat!

The location of the apartment is close-by to the train station, so it's very easy to reach it on foot! Nice and clean apartment

I had an issue with the Wi-fi on the first day, so I had troubles in getting into the apartment. The issue has been resolved on the very first day by the owner.
