L'emplacement est top pour un voyage entre le Tessin et le lac de Côme (Milan) Tout le nécessaire est présent.

Nous avons rencontré un petit souci de chauffage qui en soit n'est pas le problème du propriétaire, mais la porte d'entrée laisse passer de l'air. Bloquer avec une serviette et le tour est joué. (Periode assez fraîche, durant notre Passage)

Lage und Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Küche und Esstisch sind ideal. Die Heizung (Handtuchwärmer) im Badezimmer ist in dieser Jahreszeit sehr vorteilhaft. Die Möglichkeit, das Auto in einer abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage zu parkieren, ist hervorragend. Smart-TV und WLAN sind sehr gut!

Im Badezimmer gibt es etwas zu wenig Ablageflächen und es fehlen Haken zum Aufhängen von Tüchern, Necessaires etc. (für eine Person ist es ausreichend) Etwas zu wenig Kleiderbügel in den Schränken. Sonderabfälle (Glas, Alu, Papier etc.) sollen getrennt entsorgt werden. Die erwähnten Abfallbehälter in der Garage sind jedoch nicht vorhanden. Generell sind die Zimmer etwas ringhörig, man hört vor allem alle Schritte vom darüberliegenden Zimmer.
