The property was awesome. Hosts are extremely kind and helpful.

The homestay is run by a lovely family who make you feel totally at home. Booked a great hike for us and also took us on local walks around their property pointing out all the different spices growing there.

Very nice host family. Nice location surrounded by the nature. Wake up to the song of birds. Yuvika cooks delicious food. Strongly recommend.

Our only concern was the link road that connects the property to the highway. It is too narrow and as a self driver I made it a point to be back at the property before sunset.

I loved this place so much and I wish I had more days on my trip to India to stay longer. It was all green, beautiful and quiet. I had my best sleep in India there. There is a nice shared terrace where you can talk to other guests or just chill and listen to the sound of the jungles. The family of the hosts are super friendly. You can order dinner for some extra money (the dinners were delicious! and not spicy haha, which is important for us foreigners), you can also do laundry at extra cost. Teh breakfast was also supertasty.They also give useful recommendations how to get around and what to see.

Keep in mind that the place is 35-45 mins away from the center of Munnar town if you are planning some activities from there. You can to get to the town by local bus (very cheap) or by riksha.

This homestay was really fantastic. The family which run it are super nice. The location is lovely. The house is surrounded by every fruit and spice plant you can imagine. The family will explain them all to you. Their son Jan will be sure to make you smile and be happy to take you to their fish pond or assist you as needed. We took the bus from near the house into Munnar town as it is fun to do and the journey is one of the most beautiful you will ever see, we also hired a jeep to see many local sites. The family can organise any activities you are interested in. My partner wanted to have Ayurvedic treatments which they organised at a local centre and we also were able to see wild elephants. One day we walked from the house to local waterfalls which was fun. The room was comfortable with a big bed and private balcony. The large communal terrace provided ample space to relax or work. When it came time to move on to Coonoor and Ooty the husband took us in his taxi for a reasonable fair and his wife came along helping us with our 2 year old son (she is a teacher in the local school and works with young kids). She taught him lots of new children’s songs he is still singing. He especially loves the one about the hungry crow.

The property is situated amidst plantations. It’s beautiful and calm - I did like the common area terrace and the facilities it held. The family were welcoming and polite. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax in a serene and nature loving way instead of the buzzing town hotels.

Very friendly family, we enjoyed the garden tour and cooking class
