O meu canto

The room is long and small, with the 2 beds head to head. there's a boiler, fridge on one side of the room, the bathroom on the other side. It's quiet at night (there's a dog, but he did not bark at night). There are 2 locations, about 1 K from O Meu Canto, where you find several restaurants. Supermarket 800m. Good price/quality for the stay. Small outdoor where you can enjoy the sun during the evening.

Very nice and accomodating

Humidity killed us we couldnt sleep...

Helena was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. A really lovely quiet place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

O Meu Canto was light, clean and spacious and felt very comfortable. We wanted somewhere with an outside space we could use to relax in and that is exactly what we found, with an attractive garden as well as a sheltered space to sit and eat. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and Helena had provided a welcome basket of fruit and wine and some other food. Helena provided toiletries and towels for both bathroom and beach use. O Meu Canto also has a washing machine which we found useful. Helena was very welcoming and promptly answered any query we had during the week.

We've stayed a few times now. The location is great. Close to beaches, also good if you want to go for a morning run. It's a cozy place, quiet at night. Good for a couple or a family of two. Prices for room are competitive.

Helena was a wonderful host who clearly puts a lot of thought into the comfort of her guests, and she did everything she could to help us during our stay. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for travellers like us, without a car, since bus routes pass right by and a taxi to the centre of Sintra isn't expensive. Beach and bars at walking distance. We had a fantastic time.

I have to mention that the accommodation is humid. Furnishings and clothes felt a bit damp. This wasn't a problem for either of us over a four day stay, but it is a consideration for people who are very sensitive to humidity.

A bit narrow

Helena was really sweet and kind! She offers doing laundry (2€). The stay was really uncomplicated. The apartment is really simple but it’s fair for the price. There is no kitchen but a water boiler and a small fridge. Near by is a bus station. Thanks for the nice stay!
