O meu canto

The place is little but city and has everything you need to stay short-term. I would really recommend it if you travel to Sintra) Although it is quite far from the castles, but if you are up to hike and travel with a car , it definitely best chose to stay here.

I had a fantastic time at O Meu Canto. I was welcomed very warmly - lovely people. It was a great sized space with excellent facilities. Peaceful and very convenient location. Would highly recommend.

I felt that the building was a bit damp.

The staff was very kind, the hole place is snug with the dogs, decoration, etc. The location is quite good, it is on the half way between the palaces and the ocean.

You need to prepare yourself that the room is quite small which actually the pictures show. We were in winter and the room was quite cold.

The host was very nice, leaving snacks and coffee in the room for us, and being available, living in the same house. The apartment was clean. The price was good.

Considering the weather outside, and the small heater present in the room, it was very cold at night, and I couldn’t sleep because of it. As a suggestion, another proper heater would help. There was a certain smell of humidity and mold in the room.

would like to stay for longer than just one night :)

Cosy , peaceful location yet not too far from the nearest town to walk , just over a km , and in the opposite direction the same to the beach , plus the benefit of the Sintra light railway passed by .

A couple of chairs and a small table would finish the accomodation off nicely .
