Fourth time I’ve stayed here whilst visiting family. Perfect for my needs and close to where I need to be.

Good work using a relatively small space with good facilities including toaster and a decent fridge. Excellent shower & toilet possibly needs a bit more door threshold to avoid water in living area. Nice & warm on arrival and helpful host instructions. Quiet Street parking relatively safe under streetlamp. Ideal for single person and good value

Bed is really too small for 2 adults. (We are not grossly overweight 13 stone and 14.5 stone) Could probably benefit from a firmer mattress.

Compact with everything required for an overnight stay. Very clean and modern. Nice touch with a carton of milk left in the fridge and two chocolate bars to have with your hot drink on arrival.

Minor detail, no sweetener and little sugar, luckily I carry my own. Did struggle to use outside keysafe due to it being dark on arrival and eyesight not being as good as it once was.

There was a single electric heater in the main room which took a good while to heat up the room. The towel rail in the bathroom was not on and no instructions on how to operate it
