Private Lounge and Double Room

The extras that were available that you don't get elsewhere, from shampoo, kitchen facilities , a very homely feeling

The channels on the TV would sometimes be lost

Free use of the whole kitchen, spotless shower room, spacious lounge and a lovely bedroom with television. In one word 'Excellent' for just £60,00.

This was the most pleasant experience we have had during our travels. Everything was provided for our use and the premises were spotless. The room was not large but also not small, and it was respectfully decorated with helpful extras.

I and my partner like everything about this place.

This property exceeded every expectation. It has a beautiful lounge and a pleasant bedroom with a comfortable bed. The communication was excellent.

Unclear advert and misguiding

Comfortable bed, clean and tidy, lounge Comfortable and clean.

Neighbourhood noise, music blaring until midnight, creaking floorboards from upstairs property during early hours of morning, traffic noise. Water leaking in shower room from roof.

Stayed for one night during our motorcycle trip and could park the bikes right outside in front of the property. We were able to cook our own dinner and for breakfast we were allowed to use any of the hosts cereals if we wanted. The host was kind enough to lend me his toothbrush charger after mine had run flat when it got turned on by accident in the bag during travel. Host clearly goes out of his way to make sure guests have everything they could wish for.

After showing us around and explaining everything the host stayed in his bedroom the whole time, we only glimpsed him on one or two occasions. This gave a good sense of privacy, but also kind of felt like we were invading his home (we had the impression the home would have two lounges, one for the host and one for the hosts, but this was not the case). Wooden floors to the upstairs neighbours, could hear when they were walking around. Not disturbing for us, but some might find it annoying (ear plugs were provided).

To me, it was the perfect place for a stay. The host was helpful and very respectful. I cooked my own breakfast as I had complete use of the kitchen.

Not a thing to dislike about this Homestay

Host wasvery helpful when needing to drop in luggage prior to our check in. Room was spotless and very comfortable bed. Facilities were very clean. Close to centre.

Nothing.

I enjoyed everything about this property. The presentation, the attention, the service, the bed, the kitchen facilities and all the wee extras.

Not a think not to like in this place.
