Absolutely nothing

Posh place with plenty of space and a very nice bed for a good rest. We will be back!

Scrupulously clean.Wheelchair friendly with a wet room.Full use of all facilities.Food in the fridge,toiletries in the bathroom.Lots of little touches to make you feel welcome,bottled water,ear plugs eye masks.Things you’d never expect to find.Good WiFi as well always a must.

Was hassle free in out no worries

Comfortable and nice to be able to use the living room.

It was the ground floor of a semi-detached house on an estate. The owner allowed the use of bathroom, kitchen and living room; and he lived there too. One was even allowed to use his fridge if short of anything. I think as a single female person it would have felt strange to stay there but as a couple it was fine. I have nothing negative to say about the owner who responded to our telephone call immediately when we thought he lived at number 20 and it turned out to be number 30.

Comfy bed , good facilities , friendly host and house was spotless,

Excellent place, excellent host, supurbly comfortsble bed and a very neat place. We will be doing this one again.

What we really liked: the price, the bed, the lounge, the friendly host, cooking our own breakfast.

What we disliked: that we could only stay one day.
