Location was good . Owners were friendly and helpful . Room was clean and bed was comfy .

Cramped room TV not working No tea making facility in room not even a cup or kettle so couldnt make a brew especially after the rooster started squawking at 04-45 . Couldnt lock door when we went out of tiny annex room . Had to use phone torch when we came back to room as it was pitch black .

I liked that the owners are open and friendly to people. Clean rooms with fresh bedding and towels provided. In Coldingham there is a pub where they serve food also, a Spar shop for your essentials. Locations is perfect. The beach is 5 -10 min walk. View from window for surrounding fields and woods

Nothing to dislike

I was looking for tranquility and a complete break from my norm, and this was perfect. The room was not large or luxurious, but perfectly comfortable for the cost with it's own bathroom and access to the family kitchen. I was very happy and enjoyed meeting the horses, chickens and cats.

The only thing that would have improved the room was a bedside lamp, as the overhead lights were very bright

Lovely location and a friendly host. The accommodation was very small, but cozy for a short stay.

We were welcome to use the owners kitchen for tea and coffee which we did ... but otherwise ate out. We had a shared bathroom with a luxurious bath and separate shower. The room was spacious and comfortable . Lovely walks nearby.

All as expected.
