Tropical Garden Oasis Rooms

When i got to the place i was met by the owner of the house, she was very helpful a d offered me slippers as she does not allow shoes in her house. The stay was fine

It was very cold, the heating only got turned on in the night which took long for the room to get warm. The duvet is not warm enough. I had a very cold night.

Excellent all around

Warm welcome from Brenda, the host, on arrival. Nice and warm, clean, cosy room with a fabulous, shared bathroom- great shower! Absolutely loved the peace and quiet from the moment I arrived; slept like a baby both nights :)

Travelling back late from a conference in the city centre on both nights, public transport was a little bit tricky; long waits for the bus and ten minute walk to Tropical Gardens.

Warm bathroom.

No toilet paper following morning or milk available to make tea. The pillow was rock hard and was awake all night, chilly. The sheets were not ironed either!

Cleanliness not great.

The host was very friendly

The room was clean but the rest of the house was not, especially the kitchen. There were cats, which I was not expecting as well.

Very peaceful and. Clean room. Host was very welcoming.
