Thanks for the householder for great attention with visitors. The house is really clean. We enjoy preparing breakfast, especially khachapuri. The householders are friendly and polite.

Loved how kind and thoughtful the two women that run the hotel are. The breakfasts were fantastic and we liked all of the extra touches (and the bird!). We stayed in the room with 4 beds and it was spacious with a cute balcony. We loved how calm it was in the hotel and how we could play games in the spacious living room. There was also a lovely outdoor area where you could relax.

Bathroom shower could use improvement - the water goes everywhere. The neighbors that have a house next to the balcony have a poorly trained (but very cute) dog that barked at every single dog and person that walked by. It needed attention that it wasn't getting from its owners :( The neighborhood dogs would all set each other off at night, leading to long periods of loud barking.

The house is stunningly beautiful in old fashion. It's clean quite and 10 minutes walk to the fountain Square. Neat garden, rich breakfast and nice friendly hosts: Katie and her parents. They are always available and offered us home made wine for tasting. We are in love with this house and the people.

A bit out city center. Need car or taxi

This was one of the warmest and most welcoming places my partner and I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the hosts greeted us with genuine kindness that made us feel truly at home. The space was beautiful—spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and comfortable, with lovely details like a piano and a chess board. The outdoor garden looked like a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine. The homemade breakfast each morning was a highlight. The hosts prepared a full and delicious spread, and one morning even woke up extra early to make sure we were fed before our early tour. That care and attention meant so much to us. They also kindly printed our documents for us when we asked. The location is calm and not far from the city center, and we were also treated to their homemade wine, which we really enjoyed. There was nothing we didn’t like, we absolutely loved our stay, it was so lovely and exciting. We left feeling extremely grateful for the experience and the kindness of the family. We truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kutaisi—and we hope to return again someday!
