Ambience,kathy and her mother were so sweet and cooked very homely food which was delicious.i would highly recommend to stay here as the house is too too good and people also.Rooms were neat and clean and also there is piano and chess for entertainment

I liked their quick response and caring attitude. The place is very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hosts are genuinely kind-hearted people. I highly recommend staying here. During my entire Georgia trip, I stayed in five different places, and I would rate this as number one.

Our stay was amazing. The room was very new and clean, there was a very nice common space as well, where we enjoyed some time playing chess. The owners are very kind and attentive. Breakfast was very good and big.

An unforgettable stay! This guest house is run by a truly wonderful family who made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful, warm, and full of charm. Our morning started with a delicious homemade breakfast in whole Georgia. Above all, the hosts are absolutely the best – kind, helpful, and always smiling. Highly recommended!

The house was very beautiful! There is a large well-decorated common room, and a place to rest in the front yard. Breakfast was great, and staff were polite and very helpful.

Kate and her sweet mother gave us a wonderful stay — it’s a great location and the homemade included breakfast was so good. They took amazing care of us from the second we arrived to the second we left, lending us an umbrella when we went out, and even giving us cushions to sit on the bench while we waited for our taxi. :) You can tell they put a lot of attention to detail and they are super welcoming and hospitable. "Comfortable and we had fun with my friends"

It feels like home during our stay, the place is very quite and clean. Kate and her mom Ana are so accommodating. We check in late like 3am and still they are so warm with their smiles. the break fast is just an average but we love it. the home made wine was really good. Wifi connection is good too.

The weird smell in the bathroom, which i guess most of the hotel we stayed smells the same.
