it has an exceptional breakfast with Georgian delicacies and a very helpful host. The place is quiet and near the downtown. Ideal for families and even for single bookings. The host will help you just tell them what you need it can be car rentals, taxi bookings, airport pick-up, or a tour guide. We will go back and stay in the same place.

Cozy and clean apartament with the balcony. Nice backyard outside where you can rest or eat. Very delicious and reach breakfast. Owners' daughter speaks very good English and she - as the whole family - is extremely helpful. They supported us a lot, when our daughter was very sick. It is hard to express in words how much they helped us. We really appreciate it!

Lovely guesthouse in the suburbs of Kutaisi with a nice terrace. The rooms and the house are nicely decorated and cleaner than clean. The corner room has a lot of natural light and is perfect for solo travellers. Hosts Ana and her daughter Kate are super friendly and helpful. Kate speaks excellent English. Breakfast varies every day and is plentiful. It’s only a short 15 minute walk into town. Several supermarkets are close by. The home made wine I got offered was excellent! I would definitely come again.

We stayed at Gold Guesthouse on the last day of our trip to Georgia. Our hosts were extremely kind. They maintain the apartment very well. Its great to stay with a family and see their home with its quaint furnishings. Breakfast is home-cooked and authentic. Our hosts even gave us a drop to the city centre.

The bathroom gets cold, even with a heater inside.

All was super clean. Owners are the kindest people, very supportative and nice. Highly recommend their nice home. And breakfast... you will get home made delicious breakfast. Perfect home for your holiday ❤️

Perfect stay in a wonderful people house ❤️

A beautiful house, not far from the city centre. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owners are unbelievably kind and helpful, giving us all the information about the city and local restaurants. A very tasty georgian breakfast was prepared every morning - sorry that you have to wake up early every day because of us :-) Our kids also enjoyed very much playing with dog, piano..!

We had an incredible stay at accommodation in Kutaisi! The hosts were truly amazing, making us feel at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were not only beautiful but also stylish, adding to the overall charm of the place. We were treated to a delicious breakfast that featured local Georgian flavors. The location was perfect for unwinding and immersing myself in the local atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Kutaisi!
