Excellent ambiance and wonderful rooms

So happy we found this place! Such a nice family. Super clean room. The daughter Kate speaks excellent English and she gave us good recommendations. The house is located close to the center, yet in a quiet residential area, so that was perfect for us (no traffic noise). They have a very nice living room with a piano. They let us park our rental car in their inner yard. I can only recommend this place :)

It’s definitely the best stay experience in our whole Georgia trip. The hospitality is just out if this world from the first to the last second. Delicious breakfast. The whole house is super clean with the great, comfy atmosphere. The location is quiet and close to the centre. Hosts speaks perfect english, so there is no issues with communication. I would definitely love to stay here again and recommend everyone to do so. Thank you Kate and your family for such a good vibes and experience.

Very Highly Recommended for Families and Couples Our host Kate Gem of a Person; very much friendly, very polite, very helpful and understanding, so too was her family, affable and welcoming and loving people! Our room was Spotless Clean, Well Arranged and came with an efficient and working Air Conditioning unit and a TV with internet. Wifi was provided and was fast too. The room is Very Spacious, with a private balcony and a spotlessly clean, odor-free, well ventilated and lit bathroom. Hot and Cold water on tap. The Toilet was Super Clean and the tiles were non-slippery and clean too! The room had tables and a wardrobe and it opened into a adjacent hall, well appointed and neat and with a Grand Piano too! Breakfast was served in clean plates in a nice ambience. Food was indeed of some variety including Georgian delicacies and was tasty and very much sufficient and had a homely touch to it. Provision for making tea and coffee were there and we made use of it. So was with Laundry too, twice we did washing clothes, and Kate was thoughtful enough to make sure that they were dry and and she folded them well for us to use. The property has an outdoor Gazebo with a fire place and nice seating, good for sharing some wonderful moments with their great tasting homemade wine and food! The place is easily accessible by Car, very Safe and Quiet and all necessary facilities including markets and restaurants serving local, continental and Indian food (White Elephant) are very nearby. Excellent location to stay and visit Kutaisi's local attractions, the Prometheus Cave, Gelati Monastery, Martvili and Okaste Canyons, Sairme, Nikortsminda Cathedral, Scenic Racha Moutaintop trek and visit to the beautiful 9 Cross small church at the tip of it!
