The owner is a good woman, she accepted my arrival very early in the morning and that's a very nice gesture from her and my score is just for this. The room has humidity which is worse than just cold, beds are not comfortable, maybe choose another room, can be little better, though the guy there told me all rooms have no heating regardless if the upper or ground floor! The toilet is ok with hot water, the kitchen lacks much equipment and is not really clean! This place needs renovation and more care to important details to be good, though a night or 2 can pass...

A first class budget option in Batumi.The rooms are clean,nicely furnished,spotless sheets and towels, a seating area and enough electric sockets for your devices.Two kitchens and bathrooms both were clean and tidy.When sharing kitchens and bathrooms alot depends on the guests to keep up cleanliness.Heating in winter.Wifi strong enough for digital nomads.I spent 2 weeks here and was very comfortable. You are in walking distance of the Boulevard, supermarkets and attractions. Sheena and Ramon are welcoming and go out of their way to ensure their guests are happy.

Cheap private room in Batumi, 30 minutes walking from the city center. There is a kitchen to cook stuff and also a fridge. Room was clean and very spacious, maybe a bit cold. There are many cheap restaurants near the home.

Dirty bathroom and bad neighborhood.
