The kitchenette, a fan in the room + a table (these were important!). The host is friendly, not many cons overall! Generally stable Wi-Fi

It gets a bit too humid sometimes. Wi-fi was off occasionally, but nothing serious, enough for video calls and moderate downloads.

Not too far from bus & train station Shower has nice hot water. Quiet at night. No air con, but fan was good. Internet worked well Owner spoke no English but was kind & had translator. There is a communal fridge.

Light is bright, a bed lamp & power board for multiple devices would be good. I thought room was supposed to have air con The room has a smell from dampness. Needs a/c or dehumidifier. Area is semi industrial, but it's cheap price compared to most of Batumi. Shared bathroom needs to be cleaned more.

Comfortable bed, nice cool room in summer, chair, desk and a place to cook. Having a TV in the room for this price, is amazing.

The staff behaved respectfully Location was not bad Internet speed was good Public toilet and bathroom was clean They agreed to keep my luggage themselves for some hours after my stay was finish

My private bathroom and toilet was so dirty The bedsheet and towel was so old and tacky The staff could not speak in English
