Alur Beach Homestay

Excellent stay, large room with A/C and a fan, hot water shower, large veranda and very clean. Wayan was a brilliant host who went out of her way to make us comfortable. One morning we went out very early to see sunrise and she packed us a fabulous breakfast to take with us. We also rented snorkelling equipment (very good condition) and went on a snorkelling trip Wayan organised. Again she packed snacks and water for us, and made sure we had a brilliant time out on the boat. This is a really small little gem of a Homestay, quiet and clean and exceptionally good value. I stayed with my daughter in a large double room and although not directly on the beach, we were only meters away. It was perfect for adults and children and I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at alur beach! Wayan and her family were so kind and made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast of banana pancakes, omelette and fresh fruit was delicious. View from our room straight onto the beach and also in the centre of Amed. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much 🙏

Mein Aufenthalt im Alur Beach Homestay war wirklich wunderschön! Die Gastgeberin war unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit und ich habe mich unfassbar wohl gefühlt. Am letzten Tag bin ich schon vor Sonnenaufgang abgereist und sie wollte mir unbedingt trotzdem Frühstück machen. Ich wollte ihr keine Umstände machen also hat sie mir ein Lunchpaket gepackt das ich am Vorabend in den Kühlschrank stellen konnte. So unglaublich lieb! Der Ausblick war unglaublich schön! So nah am Meer aufzuwachen ist etwas ganz besonderes. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen zu buchen. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal wenn ich nach Amed komme, definitiv wieder hier übernachten. 🥰

This was probably our favourite place to stay - I wish we could have stayed longer! The view from our bed and the daybed outside was beautiful, we loved relaxing and listening to the waves, it was simply gorgeous. The room itself was spacious and clean, including a fridge! The bed was huge, the bathroom was stunning! I absolutely loved the bamboo water spout - it was a unique feature, but not like a normal shower so be prepared for that. AC worked super well! The service was amazing! Welcome drink on arrival, and when we asked to hire their snorkelling gear they informed us the weather conditions that day wouldn’t be good to snorkel, so we hired them the next morning instead - the opposite of pushy! Would stay here again for sure!! Also there are a few dogs on the beach which we became friends with & I absolutely LOVED having clean doggos to spend some time with 🥹🥰 Please give them pats from me!!

The toilet seat wasn’t attached properly - but that’s an easy fix!

One of the best stays in our travel. For sure the best breakfast. We were not directly on the beach and we think it was even better because this gave us some privacy. The room was big as well as the bathroom and the terrace. The owners are super sweet and helpful. Can't recommend it enough

My stay at Alur Beach Homestay was exactly what I needed. Each evening ended with sunset yoga by the sea, moving and breathing to the sound of the waves as the sky turned shades of gold, pink, and orange. It was pure magic. The atmosphere here is peaceful and grounding a place where it is easy to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy the beauty of Amed. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, fresh, generous, and prepared with care. Every morning felt like a treat. What makes this place truly special is the family. They are incredibly kind, sweet, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at home. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for creating such a beautiful place to stay. 🙏🌺❤️

Great location right on the beach in the middle of Amed beach. So many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Very peaceful stay

Приехали в отельчик в 10 вечера. Нас встретила администратор Wayan, в последствии мы общались только с ней, и она нам всегда помогала, очень хорошая девушка. Она предложила заселиться в номер с видом на море, хотя у нас был заказан с видом на сад, за ту же цену. Номер просторный, есть кондиционер и вентилятор, но стеклянная дверь закрывалась плохо и розетка была одна хотя с тройником. Я думаю этот номер точно требует хотя бы небольшого ремонта. Но жене с утра очень понравился вид на море, и мы остались. Большой плюс, что этот номер имеет своё патио с лежаками, диванчиком, стульями и столом.

Сделать ещё хотя бы 2 розетки, отремонтировать входную дверь, поставить шкаф для чемоданов, так как места в номере достаточно.
