Taman Indah Homestay

The homestay was in a great location close to the centre of Ubud. The owners were polite and helpful and arranged our Mount Batur hike for us. Great options for breakfast in the morning.

We found it hard to find, don’t use apple maps to find the location. The sign for the place itself is hard to see. I would advise putting in Capung Cottage in to googlemaps and it’s next door to there.

Amazing room to stay in Ubud. Clean, spacious, with good Wi-Fi. the host is very kind and helpful. They provide a good breakfast and coffee as well. Definitely recommend this place!

the location is good

- the first four nights I stayed in a room where the fan wasn’t properly working, which made it uncomfortably hot during the night. They just told me that ‘this was the maximum speed it goes’ but when I switched to another room during the second half of my stay the fan was much more powerful - Room was dirty when I arrived (hairs everywhere) and it smelled like smoke - toilet and sink weren’t properly functioning - The room was only cleaned onnce during my 10-day stay and I had to ask for it. No new towels. - Noise of barking dog every morning and night - Coffee was served quite late, around 8:30 (I personally like to have my first coffee when I wake up) - There is a water station but it was often empty - Quite a lot of trash around and overall not the cleanest environment

dirty, no one cleans up the garbage until you ask, the room is not cleaned, you have to find a broom yourself, the breakfast is minimal, so that you only have the strength to find more food, right in front of the room their local toilet stank sooooo much, unbearable to sit and have breakfast ....I don't recommend this place at all !!!

The premise is in small alley, can only access by motorbike or walking.
