The staff was accommodating when I ended my stay early due to unmet standards.

The bathroom was not clean. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Stains on sheets. Very lumpy bed. The kitchen was the tipping point for me, it was very unclean. I, decidedly, had to request a refund after seeing that.

Very warm and hospitable family.

I have stayed in many guest houses in Ubud over the years and I will rate this one highly. The most important thing for me is a nice comfortable bed and pillows,cleanliness and quiet. This hotel checks all those boxes. I had such a good sleep here. No roosters or dogs waking me up early. Rooms are cleaned well. Nice hot powerful shower. kind staff. I usually stay at places around 400K per night and I can say this place (half the price) is just as good or better.

Great value, even comes with breakfast, very clean as well.

Great value for money, room is spacious, clean, good hot shower and comfy bed, lovely little courtyard and good breakfast. It's a small homestay run by a lovely family. It's in a quiet location, but only 5 minutes walk to the main street.

in 6 days that we stayed they never came to clean the room/swipe the floor/change towels

The breakfast selection was fantastic. I like the Bali traditional cakes the best. Hot water for coffee/tea was provided every morning. Coffee and tea are, of course, provided as well. Towels were also provided. You can request your room to be cleaned every day, if you wish. The location was also good. A few minutes walk away from everything. The owners were really nice. They always ask how I am.
