Les 2 grandes terrasses,la clim,le jardin bien entretenu,l'emplacement dans une ruelle calme mais proche du centre,le service ,la gentillesse du personnel,la propreté.

Le petit déj un peu juste,peu varié mais qui reste dans la norme Balinaise.

Havre tranquil et ressourçant, sans intrusions d'insectes et de reptiles. Terrasse privative ouvrant sur un jardin, harmonieusement entretenu, respirant la sérénité balinaise. Espace nuit et salle de bain lumineux avec confort et élégance. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné, a aidé à la détente et au retour à soi.

Very quiet at night, no shared walls, no traffic noise at all, no early roosters! An easy 10 min walk to the heart of Ubud. Modern, spacious room, very nice breakfast on private balcony. Lovely staff, good shower, bar fridge, wardrobe, desk, king bed. Would happily return.

Accessibility: the laneway is too narrow for drivers so you have to carry luggage quite a distance to the homestay, but the peace and quiet made it worth it for us. Scooter access is ok. If you are a late riser note that the curtains don't block much light in the morning, but there is no direct sun.

Sampoo and his family are wonderful and very welcoming . The place feels very pleasant , not luxury but well kept and comfortable . I already miss them!

Maybe for people who stay longer, should add one more option breakfast .

I loved the room, its size and feel, and the warm welcome and friendliness of the owner and his daughters. A delicious breakfast. The location was great as well.
