The private room is better than hostel but still I would not recommend

I didn’t want to leave a bad review because these people live off tourists but oh my goodness I feel like I need to for other travellers. Bed bugs. Really horrible bed bugs and Sammy was not empathetic or understanding at all. Me and the girls in the hostel asked to be moved to another room and Sammy was not very understanding and instead changed the mattress and there was still bugs everywhere. When we told him we are still getting bitten; he proceeded to shout at us and say it’s not possible because it’s a completely new mattress. I got so exhausted and felt so hopeless I just laid there and let them bite me it was so awful. I got so poorly afterwards. He really was not understanding and the bites really hurt. Not only normal bed bugs but there was a lot of bugs in the hostel and the shower in my private room was covered in bugs despite paying a premium. I stayed in the private then moved to hostel as I had a heavy suitcase and the hostel was where I encountered the bed bugs. When I was first welcomed to the hotel, nobody give me WiFi password either and nobody told me where breakfast is. Said ‘down there’ and pointed but didn’t ever show me and walked off before I could get proper directions. Never had free breakfast during the stay and felt a bit scammy, but the worst part of it all was the bed bugs. They were literally crawling and the fact he just changed the mattress and was like okay sleep now , he showed little to no empathy and even with a new mattress there were crawling everywhere . I really wanted to just sleep as I was so exhausted and stressed 😭

Un peu éloigné du centre ville à pied (15min) et pas de scooter dispo le soir où je suis arrivée

The location was good, we love it. The room size was quite okay. However, the air conditioning does not really function as supposed, not cool enough per expectation. Nothing provided in the bathroom, e.g. soap, shampoo with the price i have to pay. The other most upset is the pillow, its hard thick and not suitable for Asian size maybe. Need to change for comfort sleeping. Per what i have paid, perhaps media such as TV should be provided. I know the price go high just because of the MOTOGP event, other than that is just a normal peaceful of Lombok.

The pillow and the air conditioning, not cool enough to make you feel good. No hot water or supply of drink water in the room. In addition, some of the wall inside the room is wet, not sure why?

Bedbug !!! Don’t go to the Hostel !!!!! L’un des pire hostel que j’ai pu faire… Les photos sont mensongères. Puis toute les premières chambres sont en travaux alors vous arrivez dans la fumée et le bruit et à aucun moment vous ne pouvez vous prélasser autour de la piscine qui est d’ailleurs minuscule. Et alors quel n’a pas était ma surprise de découvrir des tonnes de punaises de lit au moment du coucher… je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit. Puis comme c’est assez loin du centre je leur ai loué un scooter pour la journée (1j=24h on est d’accord…). Alors je loue mon scoot à 3pm et je demande bien pour les 24h. Ils me disent « oui, pas de soucis ». Le lendemain quand je viens rendre le scoot à 2pm il me demande de payé pour 2j et commence a s’énerver. N’ALLEZ JAMAIS DANS CE LOGEMENT !

This was a really nice location. Really close to the center of Kuta. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. The people are really nice here.
