If there will be 0 rating available I will give this property even -0. Stay away from this place as this is sooo soo far from the beachside . 2. It’s not clean When we walked into the property 15mins before our check in time the room wasn’t ready so we had to wait for them to clean it The owner of the villa from England (owner mentioned) was over drunk and repeating his words over again and again. He disturbed as us in his 20mins chat . He was using bad words in front of our children When we walked into the room there were so many warms were inside the room so we didn’t felt this is a safe place to live specially with children . Than we decided to walked out of this place and we came out and cleaner said to the owner not to speak that much as they are going We were quietly moving out . Cleaner said to us “sorry” and than villa owner shout on her and no sorry. And he started to use wrong wording and said bad words for our nationality. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VILLA and MAN

I did like anything about this property. This should remove from booking.com as after this incident happened I am thinking not to book anything with booking.com. You should do investigation/inspection before you advise any business on your booking.com. We had a terrible experience with this Villa owner who ruined our holidays trip

Location is great ,easy walk to all around the island . Patrick and his wife are amazing very very helpful with great energy .

They swept dead flies out of our room on arrival onto the terrace Staff and owner outside our room drinking and playing music late at night and again drinking again early morning (7:30am) We got no rest, we booked and paid for 3 nights and left after 1 night I’m going to preempt the owners reply to this review with that we did ask for the music to be turned down and off - and they were not cleaning the hotel for guests at 7am they were cleaning up their mess from the night before. However, the Indonesian staff were very friendly and helpful towards us. Felt very uncomfortable I don’t understand the good reviews at this place we left as soon as we could and stayed elsewhere for the remainder of our stay on Gili Trawangan.

Location was perfect, staff very friendly and helpful, Patrick the owner offered us flippers and snorkels free of charge, breakfast very nice and the lady who works there was lovely. Would recommend and stay there again when returning to Gili T

Perfect location far enough away not to be disturbed by the night life close enough to walk down to the main strip.

It's in a very convenient location and the staff is wonderfully helpful!

Patrick and the team was very friendly!! Very good breakfast! The pool and the garden is amazing!! Great room!

Great location and friendly staff

In the morning, unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep. From 7:30 am, we could hear voices, probably also because the door didn't close properly. The rooms were never tidied up or cleaned unless the first day.

Lovely host and staff! They thought along with us and had several good tips about the island. They made us feel like home. Besides that, everything was clean and the breakfast was very good!
