Dorraine's Jerusalem Bed & Breakfast

unplehallo everyone- toilet and shower drafting, the door at times to be locked … not as comfortable at most times, the kitchen is confusing, on Shabbat and although it’s kosher no פלטה( plate for Shabbat), once you’re checking in, the feeling is that you have nothing to bring in at any time. differences of opinion … are triggering a fighting attitude, and you don’t make any sense while sharing a personal event … a death of a son o another fellow man. access to the property needing locked two doors, it’s all not being apologies, ignored and turn any kind of differences. stairs, ' both in and outdoors are dangerous’, switching in the light through the stairs are a +\- 10 meters and are potentially l! I feel shocked, abused and manipulated. I think that a single prolonging of anyone's stay and with the level of dishonesty towards clients as booking com makes it easier for madam to consider herself above the Israeli law more than possible, once you have handed money into this snake chain, and it’s nothing works… you will be told that an hour ago it was perfect and then… you are…… guys I would look for a better option, hope it’s helping you...

The hosts are the loveliest people. Beds were also very comfortable! Location is really good with restaurants and supermaket nearby. Bus ston by 2 min walking.

Hard to find if you do not get Dorraines emails. It is at door 4 just so you know.

We didn't expect to live in the actual home of the owners. But it was great! The couple was very friendly and we spent hours talking with them. Dorraine herself is a very affable person and talkative too, if you wish to spend time with her. Keep in mind they have a kosher kitchen. But it works fine when you, if a foreigner, get the main rules. The First Train Station is across the street with many restaurants and the Old City is in 20-minute walk. And you always will find a spot to park your car near the house if you need.

Perfect stay with short ways to First Station and Old City. Bus available to City and Betlehem 2 Min. away. Dorraine gave us a warm welcome and was helpful in all situations. Clean room. We recommendet. The best accomodation to explore Jerusalem.

In the past we have been to Jerusalem 5 times. Abu Tor is perfectly located for exploring the city on foot. Unproblematic parking in the district without fees. There is nothing negative to write.

We were happy to stay with Dorraine's family a couple of days. We enjoyed the location, the spacious apartment of the family and their terrace. Dorraine was very welcoming and helpful. The room was good. So all good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Dorraine! She is an absolute GEM of a person - kind, caring, interesting and helpful. In a nutshell the perfect host. The location is excellent...quick walk to Jerusalem center, and bus a 2min walk away. My room was really comfy, super soft sheets, fridge in my room, my own A/C. Book with Dorraine - you won't regret it.
