I had a wonderful stay with my family at this beautiful homestay owned by Mr. Sudarshan.. The property is surrounded by stunning views, the food was delicious and homely, and the warmth of the staff made all the difference. A special mention to the manager, Vikash — he was incredibly helpful and accessible for everything, big or small, throughout our stay. Mr. Sudarshan and his entire team added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. I had planned this trip for my mother, and she absolutely loved every moment, especially the thoughtful gestures and care from everyone. Thank you for hosting us and making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place! Good luck..

Nothing as such but you can work upon the housekeeping aspect on regular basis especially in the family rooms

Hotel Staff is Very good. Mr Vikash has been served very good Service.all Staff Behaviour is so good. Roof top view is great in the morning. But Location is very top so that old age pension are feeling some deficit if you have vehicle then no issues also Car parking area is Available here.

So we stayed here with 4 guests , the room was hygienic, comfortable to stay. Our host bikas was very friendly and knowledgeable he helped us with small to small queries. The owner Mr. sudharshan was also very friendly and nice. The room was hygienic and the toilet was also hygiene moreover the breakfast was great especially, the breakfast was served at the rooftop from where kanchanjunga (you can also eat it in the room depend on you though I'll advice you to eat at the rooftop because of the view) the room we booked had large window with direct view to kanchanjunga, the dinner (veg thali) was also good. Though it is in a hilly area with a lot of ups and downs , not for very old people but for youngsters it is a great experience. Mall road is 20 minutes away from here while the japanese temple and peace pagoda are nearby. The other locations are also not too far away. If you are coming with a family then you should definitely stay here. 10/10

This is a charming and cozy property nestled at the top of Darjeeling. The bed warmers provided were a thoughtful touch, perfect for the chilly nights. The host was incredibly helpful and kind — he offered excellent local recommendations and even assisted us with booking all our trips. What makes this place truly special is their adorable dog, Yogi, who happily accompanies guests. Bikas was remarkably responsive and attentive, always available even at 2 AM if we needed anything. A wonderful place with wonderful people — highly recommended!

One minor issue — some of the plug points were loose and tended to come out of the sockets, but nothing major. One suggestion is to add more items in the menu.

Vikas(staff) and the owner is very humble and polite. They provide everything we need. Overall it was a good stay in Darjeeling Heights Homestay, I really appreciate for there generosity. Highly recommended😊
