No other guests. Too many security gates.. felt like a prison. Room was very warm at night due to its positioning. Only a fan that moved around the warm air. I couldnât open the windows due to the mosquitoes!

I was traveling with family with kid and booked the hotel at 9PM once I reached Kannar. I called the person and said I will be reaching in 1 hour after having dinner. After he knows I am traveling with family he demanded the Gpay payment in advance before reaching the promises. I denied it and said once reached the promises I will pay. After had my food and called him and said I will be reaching in 10 minutes around at 9.35 PM. He said he can't provide the accommodation and booking.com is not the authority here to decide who needs to stay in his promise. very bad experience. I compliment in booking.com. No proper response from their end. Please don't book this accommodation if you are travelling with family. Later I booked from another platform for stay. If I was alone or with my friends I would have resolved this issue through police and and other legal method.
