INOverall, my experience with the accommodation was average. While the stay was safe, the price felt steep considering the experience. The location is prime.
I was the only guest in the building, which was a bit uncomfortable initially. The owner was difficult to communicate with and seemed focused on money. An incident with renting a scooty for 750rs for a day, where I filled fuel but was accused of not doing so during checkout, left a sour taste. Seems like he finds reasons to deduct from the security deposit. Additionally, the owner misrepresented the occupancy of the house.

INTha property was easily accessible and clean
No lift access. Was at the third floor. Owner closes gate at 10 like it was some menâs hostel. Didnt allow me to get the swiggy order that i placed at 10:30 saying the gate is closed. Also said âThis is why i dont allow unmarried menâ.
