The rooms were clean, spacious. Batgrooms were clean, there was hot water availability. Breakfast was good. Altogether we had a pleasant stay, with the excellent view of the valley and sunset.

didnt like the manager/owner no hot water in the morning even though we put geezer on no hot water in shower after a very long journey in the evening, wanted to freshen up before we went out Its not a cheap hotel, its quite expensive so we would expect hot water as a must No hair dryer in room location of property does not match description, its a lot further away from the sites than they say it is we had to ask to be helped with luggage, they should have a man on site to assist but a lady ended up taking it up which made us feel bad on check out we asked whether the room had been had been charged, she said yes, we presumed money had been taken from card like they do in all the other hotels we have stayed at, we were then called back from our excursion to settle bill even though it was there mistake. Constant telephones to our taxi driver instead of phoning us, she kept ringing the taxi driver who wasn't anything to do with the hotel. We understood Hindi so not sure why he was getting involved. We had been up since 530 am wondering around hotel as we having breakfast so why didnt check us out properly despite knowing we had excursions booked and we were leaving. Felt like we were treated as criminals even though it was there error. When we went back to sort out bill, the manager had gone to the temple, not even an apology for their error or a reduced room rate based on the above issues

Not a dislike but a kerala cuisine menu would have been a great addition to the IJK name.

Hot water comes only 7-9 in morning and night If you want to use room heater you have to pay 500 charges for each hour even though I paid almost for 5k for this room per day Dinner options limited only
