Pleasant, calm environment

Excellent location and property to enjoy your Ooty stay . Jaqueline took care of us really well from the time we occupied . Breakfast is also very tasty

Nothing to complain

Location is a bit remote. However, this helps in experiencing a quieter and a great view from the room. the area is developed brilliantly. Would rate the overall experience as a value for money.

Stay is good at ground floor. Rooms were clean and staffs were really supportive. Also prepares tasty homely breakfast. Scenarios is also good.

Geyser is available only at 7-9 morning and evening. It should always be available in such a cold environment, especially when traveling with kids. After a long day of exploring, we often return to our room in the evening and find ourselves needing hot water. While staff do turn it on when requested at night, we end up waiting 30 minutes to use it. Management should consider keeping the geyser operational at all times, given the chilly conditions at this place.

Excellent breakfast and lovely friendly staff.

Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

A quite location close to the main tourist attractions. No crowd and noise. The staff are ready to cook for you to match your timing.

The shower head need some maintenance.

The food was amazing and so were the people.
