What a lovely studio location. Within seconds you are on the beach and at night you hear the ocean. The studio has all that you need and was so clean. Suilma is a great host and super helpful. Thanks

Very clean and comfortable accomodation. Well equipped kitchen with pots, coffee, drinking water etc which was great to have. Fantastic location just across the road from the beach and close to the town too. The host was also really kind and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

- Can’t beat the location, just a few steps from the beach and many restaurants - Swilma the hostess is super nice, friendly, helpful, and respectful of my space. She does her own thing and is quiet and cool. But she helped me with information and directions multiple times. - The room is spacious and clean and higher quality than most places I have stayed in Mexican beach destinations - The king sized bed was large, firm, and comfortable. The pillows were also large and firm, and 4 pillows was very very nice to have. The linens are also of high quality cotton, they are soft and fantastic! - The wifi was fantastic 90% of the time, and when it wasn’t, swilma helped me switch to another network

- like many places in Mexico, there is a loud chicken making noises in the morning, from one of the neighbouring properties. No dogs barking here though! :) - Also common in Mexican beach destinations, the shower and sink tap water pressure is quite low, and there’s no hot water. It takes time to get the sand off your body, and the food off your dishes - live music from nearby properties can sometimes be heard until 11pm - midnight. The artists were good, and I didn’t mind, cause I was staying up till then anyways. - It is a very nice cabaña style building, not an air conditioned and sealed hotel room. So you need to be okay with a few bugs here and there. I did not feel like it was too bad though. You’re at a tropical beach so what can you do. Summary If I came back to mazunte I would definitely come here. I prefer puerto Escondido though, as it has far more food options and things to do.

The apartment is not very bright and the garden is full of mosquitoes.

The location is very close to the beach. You can hear the waves breaking in the evening. It is a quiet location.

No A/C. I knew that in advance of staying. The location is hot and humid.

Amazing location and lovely host. We could use the kitchen that was very well equipped. Good value for money. Close to El Rinconcito beach that was great for swimming even for kids.
