Great location 50 meters from beach,Exceptionally clean property with only 4 rooms available. Rooms are rustic with rock floor bathroom and a king size comfortable bed.Hammocks and shaded seating area with water refill station and coffee. Kitchen upstairs is available,very clean and well stocked.The hostess is very friendly and thorough in cleaning the rooms and maintaining the property. Garbage is divided for recycling and compost.We booked this place for 2 nights and stayed 18 days.Great value and close to everything.

The room (and the entire house) was amazingly clean, including the towels provided and the bed sheets. The room we chose was small, but really inexpensive, and it was even better than what we could expect, given the competitive price! We could use the kitchen to cook if wanted, there weee 2 fans in the room so we slept well, the location was great, 2-min from the beach and 2-min from the main street with all the restaurants bars and coffee. Nothing to say! and the owners were really nice as well, very arranging and discrete at the same time!

The wifi worked overall well, although a bit slow at times, so if you plan to work from there (as I did), it may be a bit hard to remain consistent. however, 2-3 places at a 3-min walk provide great wifi, so it was really not an issue for us to go there to work a bit. So in the end, not a real issue!

comfortable bed and wooden cabins/rooms “breath” better than most hotel rooms using other insulation and materials. there was an Internet connectivity outbreak, which I reported to the staff. was solved within an hour (thanks tor that).

mosquito net wasn’t covering the whole bed (temporary issue fixed with some improvisation), two faucets in the shower even though there’s literally no hot water available (why not just using one?).

The airline lost my luggage and Suilma helped me to get in back. She is very kind and very supportive. It' is the perfect location in Mazunte. I love the place!
