We booked this place based on the reviews. It turned out to be a good experience for us. Overall, everything went well. Plus plus for everything.

Nothing!

Like an oasis in the middle of Mathura. Room was kind of small but looked good and it was cozy and clean. Staff is really helpful and helpful with providing a taxi ride to Agra. Trustful people.

At one point we lost the light in the room. Probably the issue with installation. Later it came back on.

Close to train station and responsive staff

Terrible smell that persisted all through the night making it difficult to sleep, and also meant we decided to vacate the room early in the morning. Sheets clean but stained and damp from washing.

Location

Location is good. Staff is very polite and helpful. They arrange late night drop for us which was great as we were 2 girls and worried about our safety for night travel but they took care of us and used personal vehicle for safety. Overall good stay, highly recommended.

The location is on a quiet street. The staff was always around to help. My king bed room and attached bathroom were on the 1st floor and were clean. The hotel pictures give the impression that they are brimming with international tourists, but I didn't see a single one in that area.

The rest of the hotel did not inspire much confidence in cleanliness. UPDATE: After I checked out of the hotel, booking.com sent me an email mentioning that the hotel informed them that I did not check into the hotel, and asked me to verify. My booking indeed showed Cancelled, and hence I could not submit a review! I had to inform booking.com that I had indeed stayed at the hotel, had paid hotel directly as per booking terms 4 days before arrival. Booking.com did its own investigation and changed the Stay status from Cancelled to Complete, so I could submit my review. That was all very strange!!
