Taste in furniture and use of greenery is excellent

Comfortable stay with very polite and sweet staff.

Location is not very good as it is inside a congested street.

Rooms are very small and bed size are also not comfortable. No lift service available and stairs are very steep. The room on the ground floor were very small suitable only for single person only. We were a family so we took a room on 2nd floor which were comparatively better.The property owner was very polite but asked for confirmation payment of 300 Rs by doing a phone call to confirm the booking. He also made an offer to provide complimentary breakfast if we cancel the booking online and stay there as offline. Good only for solo traveller. There is smell on ground floor because of open sewage lines in the street.

No doubt they had such high rating since they are really very attentive to guests and their requests and fulfills them in some or other way, I stayed four days and saw no one really complaining to them for any kind of the stuff and it's same with me,they even like to have chats with guests in their free zone.

Nothing since it has really good vibes.
