Krásné prostorné ubytování působící luxuním dojmem díky patru a vnější terase. Ne, že by se tady nedaly najít místa, kde bylo vidět, že se šetří (trubky od radiátoru koukající z dlažby, parapet na terasu špatně drží...), ale za tu cenu naprosto skvělé ubytování. Díky!

Kleine moderne Wohnung.

Kleiner als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Kein abgeschlossenes Zimmer, alles offen gestaltet. Vereinzelte Ameisen im Bad angetroffen (Leitungen nicht abgedichtet)

Jenom co vejděte do dveří tak vidíte špínu. Nedoporučuji. A jeste za to chteji tolik penez

Recenze bezne nepisu, ale tentokrat bych rad varoval, ze fotky neodpovidaji soucasnemu stavu. Byt je zanedbany , uklid odbyty a je treba vymalovat. Cena neodpovida stavu. Shanel jsem ubytovani narychlo a recenzi jsem cetl az kdyz jsem videl realny stav. Napriklad zcela deravy vyvod z digestore se objevuje uz na fotce z roku 2024. Dvere na terasu nesly otevrit, pri pohledu z okna jsem tam ani nechtel - strasny neporadek, vajgly viz foto, atd. Spina v rozich a za posteli, mastne skrinky kolem digestore. Chybi zarovky v digestori, svetle v obyvaku. Chybi zaclony na nekterych oknech. V obyvaci casti oprena o zed jakasi deska. Podlaha podrena a samy flek. Misto svetla v koupelne zarovka a couhajici drat, baterie ponicena, tece a kolem plisen/rez. Lednice stara, rez… v troube bych si nic neohral, je spinava. Klika dveri do bytu je uvolnena, visi na jednom sroubu. Steny flekate a zaplacnute diry tmelem, zaslouzi si vymalovat. Futra kolem kliky do koupelny ponicena. Pohovka samy flek, povleceni derave, nabytek omlaceny…Atd.
