Badnor House - The Heritage Homestay

Located quite close to the railway station as well as the Dargah. The property is very well maintained, with neat and clean spacious rooms and excellent toilet. Only very light breakfast is served (toasted bread/ poha with tea/coffee/juice) at a reasonable price.

A wonderful break from the usual hassles of travel in India. Like an oasis, we had 3 peaceful nights staying here in this charming homestay. So glad we decided to stay here and bused into Pushkar instead (local bus or tuk-tuk very easy). Ajmer is often missed by Western visitors, which is a shame. Extra big rooms and bathrooms, lots of hot water. We had a private dinner on our 2nd night. A very special treat indeed. Many thanks to Sanjay for all his help. Highly recommended 👌

Perhaps a bit more expensive than some of our stays, but it was worth it. So nothing we didn't like.

Badnor House is the perfect place to stay when in Ajmer or en route to Pushkar. Sanjay is the best host - very polite and considerate, entertaining and informative. The home stay is beautiful, quiet and relaxed. Nice, immaculate rooms with great bathroom and loads of solar hot water. Breakfast was great and there are restaurants nearby for dinner. Highly recommended.

The breakfast is costly.Like for per person 300 rs you will get only 2 eggs and tea.Pls take care while having the breakfast.Clarity has to be there from the resort regarding the brkfast.

We loved everything about Badnor House, the peaceful garden, lovely big rooms and Trixie the dog to welcome you! Sanjay our host was wonderful, very helpful with sightseeing suggestions and went out of his way to help us with our travel arrangements.
