Great value great location great staff

The staff were most helpful and kind . The location was perfect for my needs and easily accessible to services in Sanur .

It needs some furnishings upgraded . Such as the lamp shades that are torn, the wall with the peeling paint , bed cushions and bed runner soiled and dirty . They should be removed completely as they are unhygienic . The pillows smelt musty and in need of changing , I bought my own .

Lovely hot showers. Kettle and coffee making facilities. Pool was clean and well maintained. Bed was mostly comfortable. Relatively quiet and close to lots of restaurants and the beach.

I didn't have any problems.

Loved the location, rooms were very clean

This was a return trip. There were a few small issues which staff attended to immediately. I liked the quiet location.

Towels. Nothing else really.

Location staff great value I would highly recommend
