A new change. No drinking water provided. Not good. It’s a little thing but everywhere provides drinking water. I hope the staff don’t let cleanliness slide. My soap dispenser was empty in the bathroom and there was no door mat. Both given on request. Just keep paying attention to detail to keep your great rating.

Amazing homestay

The property is usually great but this time every thing went wrong.

The guy at reception when I arrive come to see who is parking in he sees that have luggage then leave and wait for me at reception to ask me ; «  you pay cash or Card? » no welcome or any greetings, he was from Uluwatu so from Bali but has no idea of the Balinese welcome. Does not provide help for luggage at arrival and when he sees me handeling difficulty bags and suitcase he does not provide help again but ask me «  checking out? » It was the close to the worste welcome ever.
