Felt very homely, mother and daughter run and they helped us a lot with local bus timetables, booking taxis and general info about the area. The room was quite spacious and very good aircon and hot air (it was cold during February). Room was clean, a lot of free snacks and drinks at the lobby and comes with coin laundry and dryer. It was very conveniently located right by Shuishe pier where you can get on the boats. Bus station and two 711 within 2 minute walking distance.

By far our best accommodation in Taiwan. Joyce the receptionist was such a delightful and helpful person and spoke very good English. The rooms were spacious, facilities excellent even having a dehumidifier in our room. We stayed for 3 nights and would have loved to have stayed longer. It made our stay in Sun Moon Lake so worthwhile.

What a great place to stay! It’s a beautiful, quiet, small hotel. The owners are lovely. Breakfast is great. There’s a rooftop terrace to watch sunset.

Location is great, room was very comfortable and the hospitality from Joyce and her mum is exceptional. Our room had a balcony which was great to sit out on in the afternoons and watch the happening of the town. A large variety of breakfast options were provided every day, along with free snacks and teas in the communal space.
