Gateway to the Surf Coast and Geelong

The owners are kind and Friendly, beds are comfortable ,it was different experience having the owners living downstairs but they were respectful and courteous, it was good having 2 bedrooms, nice place to stay for few days

A different experience having half a house, after motel rooms. Very cosy and comfortable, and Terri and Ian were delightful.

Very nice hosts. The room has everything you need and is located very good and easy to find.

The apartment was a little smelly and quite loud as it's on a big street in Geelong.

The host is warm and friendly. Little touches such as homemade granola, coffee, tea and coffee making equipments were provided.

The twin beds was really too soft and unstable. Almost fell off the bed when turning near the edge. My neck also started to hurt from the soft pillow which i suspect is over used. As for shower, hand showers would be better instead of the fixed shower head especially during winter. Limited heating and cooling as there is only one main heating in the living room. Good thing it was winter as we could put on winter wear to beat the cold weather. Would not recommend during summer as it would be hot and stuffy.

Usually stay in motels etc but this place was very welcoming and homely. Was close to everything. There were free snacks there and yummy granola. Water was hot and beds were comfy.

I don't think the heater counteracted the slight draft.

The owners were so so friendly and prepared the property like a real home. Lovely snacks offered. It was a memorable stay for us

We didn't use the breakfast as we had our own supplies.

The rooms were upstairs, inconvenient when you are older with back problems. Nothing matched, glasses, side lamps, towels were just a mish mash of anything. The rooms were in a private residence. The TV was very old and not a modern smart TV, which we have become accustomed to in most Motels now.
